Can I live in Ohana by the Sea and go to work in Abu Dhabi?
Short answer: Yes. Ohana by the Sea is located in a strategic location 35 minutes away from Abu Dhabi.

A hands-on Facility Manager will be available at all times to support you with any issues you run into to make sure you have the ultimate living experience.

Project Delivery
When is the project expected to be finalized?
The whole project needs around 4 years to be fully delivered. Each year, a deliverable will be
completed as follows:
– Phase 1 delivery after 1 year
– Phase 2 delivery after 2 years
– Phase 3 delivery after 3 years
– Phase 4 delivery after 4 years
Delivery date starts from 1 year up to 4 years

Ownership Rules
Once I purchase my villa, can I put it up for rent?
Short answer? Yes. Once you purchase your villa, you own it.
Can I make any changes to the interior design after I purchase the villa?
Yes but better to let us do it for you.

Customization
How can I customize my villa?
There are 4 layers of customization that you can apply to your villas.
You can first choose your villa type, whether Mediterranean or Modern.
The next step is to customize the floor plans to your taste.
Afterwards, you have the option to select the material that will be used to build your villa.
And finally, you can also customize the interior decoration of your dream villa!
Payment
What are the different pricing plans?
Our pricing plans are starting 13.6 Million AED and can go up to 4 Million AED and 14.6 Million AED based on the villa size.
